- Venue: National Convention Center, Thang Long Revenue, Me Tri, Nam Tu Liem , Ha Noi.

2. Participants of keo bong da truc tiep 2018 Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting:

- All regular shareholders who own keo bong da truc tiep shares or are authorized to represent keo bong da truc tiep shareholders holding shares of Viglacera Corporation JSC by June 07th, 2018.

- In case of inablity to participate in keo bong da truc tiep Meeting, shareholders can authorize to their representatives. This authorization must be in written as keo bong da truc tiep template enclosed with signature of keo bong da truc tiep principal (for individual shareholders) and with signature and seal (for group or organization).

3. Meeting Content

After receiving invitation letter, shareholders are required to send their participation confirmation (or authorization) to:

Registration and authorization document (if any) are required to be sent to keo bong da truc tiep above address before June 26th, 2018. In case of authorization, please fill in keo bong da truc tiep authorization form as attached.

When attending keo bong da truc tiep meeting, shareholders or authorized persons are requested to bring along keo bong da truc tiep Invitation Letter, keo bong da truc tiep documents enclosed with this Invitation Letter and keo bong da truc tiep ID card / Business registration certificate so that keo bong da truc tiep Organizing Committee can check shareholder status and distribute documents.
