Tham dự Đại hội đồng cổ đông lần thứ nhất có sự tham gia của ông Samejima Shinichiro - đại diện công ty Sankei Building Management (Chủ tọa); ông Trần Ngọc Anh - Phó TGĐ Tổng công ty Viglacera - CTCP; ông Phạm Tất Thành - Phó TGĐ thứ nhất của công ty; ông Ito Putaro - Phó TGĐ thứ hai của công ty và các ông bà là Trưởng phòng KHTC và trưởng phòng TCHC của công ty CP Visaho.

Đại hội đồng cổ đông đã thống nhất 100% số cổ phần có quyền biểu quyết tham dự Đại hội thông qua các nội dung sau:

- Báo cáo tài chính năm 2018
- Doanh thu năm 2019 dự kiến tăng trưởng 40% so với năm 2018
- Ngân sách năm 2019
- Đề nghị bổ sung ngành nghề trong Giấy phép Kinh doanh
- Mở chi nhánh tại thành phố Hồ Chí Minh
