In the afternoon of 26/10/2015, the delegation of Institute of Estate Agents, Singapore led by Chairman Jeff Foo, Vice Chairman Harry Yeo, along with Mr. Nguyen Tran Nam. Chairman of Vietnam Real Estate Association (VNREA), visited and worked in Dang Xa Urban Area - Gia Lam - Hanoi. Singapore Institute of Estate Agents paid special attention to social housing, housing for low-income people in the urban area. This project is developed by keo bong da.
Singapore Institute of Estate Agents visited the Social Housing Phase 3 in Dang Xa Urban Area

Till now, Dang Xa has a total of more than 4,500 social housing and low-price commercial housing units. Each unit is from 40m2- 70m2.
