In addition to work deployment in every unit, department & division of the Corporation shouldfocusoninspection, monitoringthe implementation in each unit to improve business performance in March, creating momentum for business performance in the second quarter of 2016.

From the cumulative results of the first 2 months, 2016 is considered having manypositive signals compared to the same period in 2015, the Corporation has achieved 9/11 ofthe main targets and exceeded the same periodin 2015. Through thesigned 2016 plancommitmentminutes,right at the beginning of  the year, the Corporation has given strong direction to improve the efficiency of business activities of thoseunitswhich have not achieved goodresults, particularly for Terracotta and Glass Divisions to achieve quality and efficiency as soon asproductionrestartafter the holiday.
